Was there for lunch on Sept. 1, 2011 and the food was awful. I ordered a special with broiled scallops. The pea soup looked and tasted like baby food – yuk! And the scallops were served over white toast (weird) and were so overcooked they tasted like rubber! I complained to the manager and he allowed me to order something else. I went with a simple burger, which was also overcooked. Will never go back!!!!

Went for lunch. Your standard diner cuisine. Good food at a decent price.

Hairy Homefries. Went there for breakfast one morning. When my eggs and homefries arrived I noticed a long dark hair in the homefries. When I pointed this out to the waiter he told me it was not his and walked away, not even offering to replace the entire dish.

Extremely Disappointed. Went for early dinner on Sunday. Filet of fish was so tough it had to be cut with a knife. Had one chunk of fake crabmeat and all bread for stuffing. Fresh ham was cold, tough and just thrown on the plate. Baked potato was cold, broccoli was cold and rubbery. Salad was made with old brownish lettuce. Absolutely horrible. Was told it depends on the cook on duty. Spoke to the manager about it, he said sorry, shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. Sorry to say, will not return to this diner ever again. I must say, the waitress was very nice, and very apologetic. Unfortunately, doesn’t make up for the terrible food.
