Very angry customer !!!!!. Every time i come in this place i get horrible service and attitude, the rude and deformed workers all talk about you while you are eating your food, i know because my friend used to work there. the food itself looks deformed i have to wonder what i am REALLY eating. i wouldn’t step foot in this place again…
Horrible food. The food is tasteless and the prices are high, just because they have drinks and drunk people around doesn’t mean they have good food. Service is bad and i went there it took them one hour to serve me and the bill was huge for just a pizza very unsatisfied and especially if you want to bring your family there don’t even think about it you don’t want to see fights happening around your kids.
Shame on you!. Ate there last night and it WAS ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE. Arrived at 6:00 Pm. Ordered at 6:20. They were sold out of my first choice, their Pete’s Steak Salad. How does that happen, unless they want to push you to a 75% higher-price dail special entree. OUR FOOD ARRIVED AT 7:20 PM!!!!At 6:45 they told us one of their 2 cooks had gone home sick (hope he hadn’t prepared anything for my meal before he left!) Yet they served dozens of take-out customers bags of food–not pizza boxes. My two companions liked/loved their food. Mine was horrible. A Special: Chicken Giambotta where the only Giambotta ingredient was the chicken. And it had been microwaved! Rubber in a no-taste brown sauce (think Lean Cuisine) for $17.99–no salad, nothing. I could have had mashed potatoes. Giambotta? Give me a break. The reatuarant was bedlam, as you might expect with delays like that. Noisy, crowded beyond what I imagine fire law capacity permits. A cold draft blew at us all night from the outer door propped open so other areas of the restaurant could cool down for those unhappy patrons. At the end of the meal, one of my companions ordered decaf coffee. They told her they only serve regular. Really? That is either the worst business decision ever or, as I suspect, a blatant lie they were using to tirn tables faster. After all that wait, so hungry while we watched an employee— 4 feet away and facing us—feed his face with pizza while standing at the take out counter, no coffee. These people not only run a terrible restaurant, they are not even stand-up guys. They should have closed the kitchen to all but Pizza and given food at half-price. They missed a chance to make friends.
The only reason I will not order from jere is if I am cooking that night or I’m eating sushi with my business partners. This place has given me hope that there is a food establishment that rocks in morristown I’ve tried two other pizza places and I can honestly say a frozen pizza was by far better than there poor excuse for pizza. Pete you saved my life and I will always order a pizza from you I sware to you your pizza is by far and hands down the best I have ever had in my life
Great Place for Late nite Eats. I re-found Pete’s this year. Their Pizza is great, nothing hits the spot like pizza and an ice cold draft. They have a full menu. Honestly, I love the pizza so much, I don’t really wanna mess with the rest of their menu. The owner is usually hanging around keeping track of the regulars. It reminds me of many places. I like that everyone there is local and its not full of people looking to be seen. I have never seen the place empty there is always a good amount of people in the bar and the restaurant. Close to the train station and Pizza by the slice. Everyone is very friendly, I have started conversation with many customers, very genuine place.
Pete’s Used to be a great place. I used to frequent Pete’s a lot. Loved the pizza, the meals were good and they had waitresses who knew you. The first thing that tipped us off that something had changed, we did not see the waitresses we knew. Next the servings began getting smaller. Then the rudeness. This place is no longer the same and now we have to find a new favorite place to eat, and cater from.
It’s GREAT!! What a find. I happened in and what a nice place. Nice people, good food, jukebox. Many regulars, interesting and varied menu with new items often. Come on Tuesdays, Customer Appreciation Day. Free Appetizers, fun people. Great bartenders, servers. I liked very much. Will come back.
