Walking down George St., a stranger to american restaurants, I was on the lookout to experiment. I came across this subtle, low key, authentic looking Indochine restaurant. So i went in with my room mate. The place had the perfect lighting and a really good setting. It did not look like a Chinese/ Indonesian restaurant by the setup though tbh.The menu was simple, the best part was that the names were in Indonesian/ Chinese language and to help you out, they had indexing done there. So we ordered the V4 and the P7. AMAZING, we did not speak once we started to eat. Moans of foodgasms were the only noises we made for the next hour.Too Good.4/5 (If the setup was Asian, it would have been a 5 for sure)

Very poor service. I went here with a friend and was super excited to try the cuisine, but when I asked for recommendations/suggestions and was literally stared at. I’ll never go back.

Indochine. I was in New Brunswick last month for jury duty and had lunch here. I had Pho Tai Chin which is a Vietnamese soup made of rice noodles, beef broth, jalapeno, beef brisket , beef tenderloin and vegetables, It was really good, Ive had better pho but was a great bowl of soup. I also had a pork and shrimp spring roll which was awesome..I thought it had closed but I am happy to find out that they moved a few blocks over and are still going , Im looking for the address.
