One of my favorite restaurants! Very romantic and intimate. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Best restaurant in New Brunswick!
Amazing Food. I dined there the other night. I had the Filetto Di Manzo which if Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon and topped with (I think) gorganzola cheese. Holy Wow! Our waiter was so incredibly polite and informative (didn’t catch his name though)All in all – GO HERE… It is worth it!
Good Deal: Groupon. First of all, to Adam who felt ripped off when his bill totaled $50 instead of $39 – let me remind you that the Groupon deal is strictly for the price of dinner. It does not include tax and tip. I don’t know how cheap you are, but $7 is only 18% of the $39 bill. Many folks tip on the original value of the meal – not the discounted deal.Anyway, hubby & I enjoyed our salad, penne vodka (me), tilapia (him) and the coffee & choc. chip cannoli. The bread basket and live music were a nice touch. Service was spot-on and very friendly. Was it a $100 meal? No, but for $25 bucks per meal (with tax & tip!) it was a very good deal.
What a ripped off!. My wife and I went there on a Saturday night. They had a life music which was nice. But we got ripped off with our groupon deal. The deal was one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert from the prix fixe menu. But it was a total ripped off when we received the check. They calculated one appetizer, one entree, and one dessert for $50. And the groupon voucher was only good for $39. On top of that they forced a 18% tip. Horrible experience!

My husband and I have loved every experience we have had dining at Panico’s. We frequent there about once every 2 or 3 months. While talking to our favorite bartender, RJ about a favorite dish I had somewhere else he told me they could make it there. Either I or my husband has had it every time. They didn’t even charge us an arm and a leg. $19 for shrimp and scallops risotto. They are in the entertainment book and also on restaurant.com. We’ve always walked out without spending a fortune on a wonderful dinner because of this. I highly recommend this place for a special dinner and don’t really know what the other reviewers are complaining about. We’ve never had a problem with anyone here from the maitre’d to the waitstaff.
Terrible. Everything wrong about expensive restaurants. If you go here, you’re going because you’re an arrogant bourgoisie snot who goes to be seen and doesn’t know a thing about food. Head to the grease trucks or Tumulty’s, and buy some Prada shoes with what you save.
