So long the food was cold. It took over an hour and a half for the food to come. The milkshakes were good, but expensive for what they were. You can get a better and cheaper milkshake in Walt Disney World. The food was room temperature (at best) and soggy. As you can see in the picture the fries were in a lump that could best be described as a ‘fry patty’. We got no cutlery or napkins. I feel disgusting after eating a handful or fried. Would not recommend this place, and am surprised it has such a high rating.

Horrendous. I even added a 50% tip on the charge. This is horrible business service. 4.4 is SEVEN MINUTES AWAY. I am dumbfounded. I will never order from this place again, pick up or not.
