When I order a veggie burger from a restaurant, I know I could be setting myself up for a disappointing MorningStar veggie patty. I didn’t get that kind of vibe from Burger Walla, so I took the chance and ordered a Walla Veggie, which was super tasty and clearly made in-house. I also got Sweet Potato Tots (they were ok) and a Strawberry Lassi (I could drink a gallon of this in one sitting, so good). Overall I was very happy with my food and would absolutely order it all again.A huge complaint with Burger Walla is the service, unfortunately. I went during normal lunch hours and it was busy, which I expected. However, I waited more than an hour for my food (seems excessive), and as I was waiting had to listen to the cooking staff argue with one another continuously about the order of the tickets. It was really awkward, but hopefully was just a hectic day and not the normal atmosphere. I’ll give it another shot.
