Don’t Eat At The The Hot Spot Diner. I was at the Hot Spot Diner on Sunday, May 27, 2012. The affair/event I attended was FABULOUS! The owner/manager of this place was not. He has very poor social graces. I was eating with a friend and before our meal was served, we wanted to wash our hands in the bathroom. We were told we could not. It seems that because we ate outside (not inside) we could not use the bathroom. We were told that we had to use the porta potty rentals. Now, why was that? Was it only the patrons eating inside who were allowed to use the onsite facilities? I mean, get real. The owner was a total jerk, and he was unrelenting in this decision to allow us to use the onsite bathroom facilities. He does not value the patrons who frequent his establishment.
Great Place. I actually had my surprise bridal shower at the Hot Spot Diner. Everything turned out great! The food was fantastic (it was buffet style so everyone got to try different things). So many of the guests complimented the food. The staff was wonderful, very nice and accommodating. Their sangria is fantastic, too! 🙂

Forget what the area looks like this place was great ! The food was great ask for the specials they are not on the menu. The service is friendly and helpful.
The food Was FANTASTICK. I just wanted to say my husband was always going out to eat with the guys on a rainy day for lunch and sometimes after work to the hot spot and always talked very highly. Well this weekend I got a chance to eat there with my family. The food was FANTASTICK!! And they even had live band. Which was very nice. The people where very friendly. I would difinley go back. If you haven’t been there you must go see for yourself you wouldnt be disappointed. I am already making plans to go again but just the adults nite out. 🙂
