Rude Server. Did not even go through the doors because of the acid attitude of the woman who was in the process of opening up LATE. She needs TrAiNiNg!!!!! Went to Heineken and had the opportunity to meet Arvette who personified what a server should be. In addition, 4 other people came from SAMs because of a similar experience.
