I wanted to share my experience at Applebee’s north Bergen. I was there with my fianc twice recently and the efficiency of the establishment, even during the holidays, was remarkable. We had an issue with one of the dishes and it was resolved immediately by Carlos the manager without interrupting our dining experience. I felt so comfortable in this restaurant I went back later in the week. As a person who has worked in the restaurant industry…kudos
