Stick with the pizza (best in the state, aside from Star Tavern in Orange) and a bottle of Taurasi and you will emerge very happy. I’ve always had good (by NYC metro standards anyway) service, and have returned frequently. Pastas are decent, but it’s all about the pizza, which makes it worth the trip and the lack of parking.
HappyGuest. La Sorrentina in NB is fantastic! Great Service, the beers are great and so is the wine. The Margarita Pizza is excellent!!!!!! The calamares are crispy & delicious and the Mussels ala Marinara is wonderful also the spaghetti and meatballs & the chicken Parm is great. The Marinara sauce is awesome. Great place for family and friends and weddings too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reasonably priced But Mediocre.. Reasonably priced Italian fare but very mediocre food. Perhaps I should have ordered the brick oven pizza instead, but. if this place is as good as ppl say everything should be good, but unfortunately this is not the case. Skip it.
They made the best pizza I have ever taste. If you want a gourmet pie this is the place to go.
Just the best. The best place to eat around North Bergen. The food is good and the staff is great. Make it your weekly place to go. Everything is always fresh and clean.
Best brick oven pizza!!! The rest of the menu is also good; however, I always find it hard to order anything besides their pizza. They have a decent wine list…nothing special. Good desserts too!
Best brick oven pizza in the area. Their mussles are also extremely tasty! Price and quantity are fair. Casual restaurant, nice staff.
