  What a Horrible experience! We were charged for a Prime Rib – which was ordered, but served a Rib Eye. The server confirmed it was a Rib Eye, but it was fine and we ate it anyway. When the bill came we were charged for the Prime Rib which is $4.00 more. This should have been caught by the server, but….So instead of just giving back the $4.00 difference for something that we did not receive, the owner – Todd, felt he had to come over to our table, not to apologize, but to tell us that the Prime Rib and the Rib Eye are the same! (so if the prime rib and the rib eye are the same why is the prime rib $4.00 more???) no apology for the mistake the server made, he then proceeds to tell us there is also an upcharge for sweet potato fries – which is not listed anywhere in the menu! and then he just walks away!!!! We were not looking for anything extra – we were looking to get the correct bill!!! The owner could care less – no apology at all!!!! Just walked away like he couldn’t be bothered just so he could get back to his girlfriend Carol or whatever she is?? at the bar!!!! A rating of 1 is too muchSo sad that all Todd could do was to lie about how he handled the situation and try to explain about the cuts of meat and that the upcharge was listed on the menu – although the server could not even find it! As he has replied to on this post on Yelp.If he thinks its about $4.00, I feel sorry for him!! He has a lot to learn about Customer Service. Walking away from a customer while they are talking is never the way to handle anything! And having your girlfriend – who was sitting at the bar with him, chime in, is not either. Read less

  Beautiful, fresh surroundings inside and out. Lake views from seating at both bar side and dining area. Outdoor dining available. Handicap accessible. Great place for drinks, lunch, and dinner. Free pool Tuesday, Pasta night Wednesday, Fish Fry on Friday. Friday night karaoke always has a great vibe. Great Bloody Marys with infused vodka are totally incredible. The view is great and the locals are the nicest, funniest and kindest people you could ever meet. Both the owner and the staff are always accommodating and truly love what they do. There are always great conversations and banter among guests and staff that are sure to have you laughing in no time. And the food? Absolutely great! Be prepared for a to-go container; the portions are generous. If you had a bad day and need a place to unwind and have some fun and great food, you will find it here!

  Unprofessional Ownership with bad attituded. Tonight I went out for dinner and karaoke for the first time one the service was very poor had to wait a long time for food 2. When the food came out it looked like crap the Superduper burger wasn’t Superduper the grilled cheese looked old and the Eggplant pram dish was not cooked well it was very hard like was old the other food that came out didn’t look to healthy as well then when my friend compand about the eggplant parm the Owner came out with a very unprofessional Attitude to us at the table said a lot racial comments and other nasty things not worth repeating and made two two Children very up set and cry they told us to get out of his restaurant and of his property when he was the one who unprofessional The karaoke was terrible they did not have any good songs never again will I go there.
