Food just mediocre. Don’t waste your time or money. Service poor at best, food not real appetizing. Price, kinda high for old strip mall and not real attractive inside. Many other places to eat. You don’t need this less than great place with too high prices and skimpy servings.
Not impressed. Order the grilled cheese burger. Not impressed. It was just way too greasy, which is weird coming from me. More grease, the better. But the bottom grilled cheese was starting to disintegrate from the grease from the burger. Burger was over cooked and had no seasoning. First time order from here and I probably won’t again. Every one raves about it, but I didn’t like it that much.
Disappointing experience. Had lunch in april 2014; waitress was extremely inattentive, actually seemed bored– the food was nothing to rave about, as my grilled cheese was half raw. Waited patiently for check to to brought–was never asked if we wanted anything else, coffee, etc. had to find the waitress myself. Will never go back–especially after reading of owner’s treatment of customer.
Work in the area. Eat here about once a week. Not inexpensive but a better quality of food. Everything is fresh. Friendly staff and decent service. Try the grilled cheese burger.
The Spot, clean and friendly and also the BEST THING ABOUT ATLANTIC CITY. My job has me flying around the country about 7 months out of the year and I’ve tried to find the best restaurants around the country and in whatever town I’m in. And in Atlantic City NJ, this IS The Spot!
The food was great…the service sucked! There’s maybe twelve tables in the whole place with only one waitress. Our waitress was really helpless. We waited about twenty minutes after we got our food for silverware. Once we got silverware the waitress only brought enought for half our table. Hire someone new, or maybe some more help
Excellent food and atmosphere. We went on valentines day nice music, flowers on the table plus great food. Total win win!
