Standard Tavern Italian restaurants. I made a to go order of pasta and meatballs, cobb salad and another dish. The meatballs were chewy and salty. The food was a little pricey for the type. Even after I was told yes all the items were in the bag before leaving there was no cobb salad when I arrived home. It took 2 phone calls and 3 business days to get my refund for the missing item. And, no tax was refunded only the menu price of the item. Not one time did anybody I spoke to on the phone apologize for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this place outside of beer and pizza onsite.
Excellent food, excellent service, great drinks and great family ambiance. Pasta fagioli…best around. The chicken balsamic, and the savoy are some of the best you’ll have. The shrimp balls are delicious and the rice balls I can’t get enough of! Best family Italian in town!
