RUDE and CRUDE. Is the food good? Who knows. But I also base where I eat on if I find the staff polite and courteous. I get a random call from Pete’s Deli by accident. OK…no biggie. I call back because I don’t recognize the number. Some woman name Joanne gets on the phone and tells me she never called me, and could care less about me calling back and slams the phone down. Well, that’s one lousy deli I’ll never give my business to.
