Ice cream is pretty good, but nasty, rude woman owns or runs the place? Routinely screams at customers, including my daughter, who was simply taking a picture of the flavor board so we could bring something back for someone at home. This tyrant comes running from the back, shouting NO PICTURES!! We don’t allow pictures of our board. It’s not posted anywhere, and last time I checked, this is America. Land of cell phones and recording devices! My family and I will never go there again–unless its for ME to intentionally take lots of pictures and hope for the same reaction.
A fun place to go. The service is great. Everyone is busy. The flavors are rewarding.

Good Ice Cream, Horrible Service. Very disappointed in a place I was so happy to just had discovered. Ice cream is very good and as am owner of a local business that caters to people with allergies, I had previously recommended this place to some of my customers because of its housemade ice cream. However, the owner/manager was extremely rude when we asked about allergy information and then additionally rude to one of my family members when they ask a simple pricing question about the menu. No hello’s, no thank you’s and additionally had to hear the customers after us criticized for having some of their members sit down prior to ordering, all the while there was no one else in the shop. I will not return.

Icy. My first experience with homemade ice cream that I did not like. We went back to give it a second try and we all felt the same way. The ice cream is not very creamy and is kinda icy. The first time I had the cookie sundae and it tasted like last year’s cookie. Terribly hard. Don’t be fooled by the super long lines. They are the only ice cream shop at the south end of the island!
