I was starving for breakfast and this place was the only one open for breakfast at 12:30. I ordered an egg scrambled, apple pancake and cup of oatmeal. It was awful. The pancake was bland, undercooked and no apple but a shredded something that was of a gooey substance that had a horrible taste. The oatmeal tasted like it was days old and the egg was greasy and tasted like onion. I will not go back.
My family has religiously been eating at Arlene’s every Sunday that we are in Ocean City for the past 5 years. The food is ALWAYS good, no matter what you order. Chicken lovers salad and veggie burger salad are my favorites. My mom goes for the meat lovers omelette or chip-beef. My sister swears by the cinnamon bun French toast. There are so many gluten free (homemade gluten free breads and muffins) and healthy options. No matter what you order, you will not be disappointed!!!

Great place for breakfast. Great prices. Great service. Good coffee. Mickey mouse pancakes for the kids. Big portions for the grown ups. Low prices. We will be coming back next time we are vacationing here.
We tried this for breakfast, and I am glad we did. The prices are reasonable, the service was good, and the portions are huge. The food was very good…especially Uncle Johnny’s sausage!!!
