This meal was one of the best I have ever tasted!!!!!! I loved it and I can’t wait to come back. The place is very elegant but you don’t have to dress that way. The chef is so kind!!! He comes out personally and asks about your food and if you have any problems!!! I would come back anytime!!!!!
We went to Tuscanellos on a Friday night. Our dinner was delicious. Italian bread and olive oil were promptly served. We had the vegan platter to start, which was a beautiful presentation of freshly grilled vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My teenage children had the chicken parmigiana, served on a bed of spaghetti. My husband had the chicken piccata with rice and seasonal vegetables and I had the jumbo lump crab cakes with rice and vegetables. All of our dinners were so delicious, fresh and homemade. Portions were very large. Decor was very nice as well. Our waitress, Frankie was very personable and the service was excellent. The chef, Angelo also came out to greet us and see if we enjoyed our dinners. This was a great dining experience and Tuscanellos a restaurant we will return to in OC! Almost forgot dessert Chocolate mousse and banana bread pudding — so good!!
