Nasty Hostess. The hostess was absolutely nasty….. We had 5 in our party and 1of 5 was parking the car. She refused to seat us in an empty place even with 2 young children. Our 5th arrived and we learned that no tables were available. Again the hostess was nasty….. It’s not my fault your uneducated and that’s your job….anyway we were seated at John & Pattys immediately…. Thanks for nothing you nasty hostess!!!!AVOID THIS PLACE…..

Great sandwiches! Great service! A little pricey for what we got.

Poor service and rude. Make sure when you go you get the right waiter and the right cook. Watched three fables served that came in ten minutes after us and they finished their meals. Was told by the lady that appears to be the owner or boss that the long wait was due to what we ordered; omelet and grilled cheese with soup! Was also told one of the three cooks may have been more busy…..go figure? Not worth the wait! By the way we never did get our order. We live in the area.

Had breakfast here with the family. All the meals were great. Excellent pork roll options. We took a quart of tomato soup home with us and that was a hit as well!

Breakfast options …. This is our second time we visited this iconic OC choice . The eggs Benedict with the potatoes was one of the best I have had here on the island.

Breakfast was very well done with great service. Some of the best hash browns on the island. They use only fresh ingredients. Slightly pricey, however, but a winner overall.

Famous tomato soup is worthas trip. Good service and tasty food in a vintage sea shore atmosphere. Always busy and not inexpensive but a solid OC choice
