A good find. Tonight my wife and I dined at JUST for the very first time. We ordered the lobster roll and the spicy tuna roll for appetizer which we thought was good. For the entree we shared the Chilean sea bass and in both of our opinion it was so buttery and yummy. The sea bass was paired really nicely with the bok choy. We ordered the chocolate pyramid and we have to agree that the chocolate pyramid was one of the best desert we have had in a while. It was so light and chocolatey. We love everything about our experience and the staff was exceptional at JUST and we would definitely go back again.
What a gem of a place. Tucked just off of Route 9, when you open the door you forget what’s behind you. The atmosphere is so alive with energy you can’t help but feel good. The choices on the menu were mouth watering. We enjoyed our drinks with the delicious pretzel bread accompanied by tasty breadsticks. We ordered varied choices for dinner and all sampled each others – boneless rack of lamb, filet mignon, NY strip steak and free range chicken. All delicious and the accompanied sides complimented the main dish.Each dish was cooked to perfection, and presented with an artistic flair. The dessert menu was the most creative we’ve seen with fried Oreos served with cotton candy, ice cream cake pops and chocolate pyramid. The prices were in line for what you’d expect in a restaurant that is clean, decorated beautifully, a full top shelf bar, fine aged meats, fresh vegetables and food prepared with the clients taste in mind. We will definitely be back again and again.
