I used to come here all the time. Never again. My daughter had a birthday party and I decided to buy a cake from here like I’ve always done before. When I cut into it and started serving my guests, they all spit it out and said that it tasted like refrigerator. I called and spoke to the owner who was very rude BTW and she said that if I brought the cake in, she would give me my money back. My husband went to the bakery but the owner wasn’t there and the girl behind the counter refused to accept the cake or return our money. I called the bakery from my job and explained to the girl the conversation that I had with the owner, but she hung up on me TWICE. I got on the internet and saw all of the bad reviews, printed them out and went to the bakery after work. The owner was there, basically blamed me for the cake tasting like crap because she said that I didn’t refrigerate it and it probably went bad. She was so nasty and pretty much threw the cash on the counter after another girl behind the counter called me a *****. I told her that her customer service sucked and threw the sheets of paper with the reviews on the floor. How are these people still in business?
