  Im going to start off by saying that the food tasted great. But Im giving Mi Tierra Restaurant 1 star because the customer service sucks. I ordered from the restaurant for the first time and had a very bad experience. I got a delivery this weekend. First of, the delivery got to my house 1 hour and 11 minutes later. Second, half of my order was missing. I ordered 2 orders, but instead of getting my whole order. I got charged for a large order of Chicharrones, when I clearly asked for an order of rice, beans and a small order of Chicharrones. Well the rice and beans were missing. I called the restaurant, to inquire about my order. The lady on the phone told me that I was right, that the other person who took my order forgot to write down my whole order. I told them that I didnt want a large order of chicharrones, I wanted a small order with rice and beans. The person who originally took my order couldnt get on the phone to speak to me. But the other lady told me that they will be coming back, to bring me the rest of the order. But Im still waiting on it…. They never came and left me waiting on it all night. Even tho, Im less than half a mile away. Half of my family had to eat something else for dinner because this restaurants customer service sucks. I will not be ordering from here again. I will be telling my friends and family to order from somewhere else. A complete disappointment from this restaurant…
