Amazing place I have ever went to starting from the starters to the desserts every delicacy was delicious. Ambience and service were nothing less. Their pani puri is something that I always look forward to.

Chand Palace sits in a set of shops at Centennial Ave in Piscataway. It is a vegetarian restaurant that serves authentic Indian cuisine. We reached there on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it was one of those days when we had not had a good breakfast like we usually do.Decent space for sitting and some typical Indian decor. The place serves a buffet lunch and dinner is usually off the menu. The Sunday buffet was a generous spread of appetisers amongst which I liked the veg pakoras and the chat station to be really nice and fresh. The salad accompaniments were quite exhaustive too. Also the chef prepared dosas which we could have had while we were yet to start the mains. The pav bhaji was a very nice touch and was one of the best authentic tasting dish I had there. The mains had some typical aloo and paneer fare but also had a Chinese rice and soya gravy dish which was really well made. The rotis and naans are brought fresh to the table and are served hot.The dessert spread was phenomenal. …rasmalai, fruit custard, gulab jamuns and they also had a chocolate fountain which I am sure that the kids would have loved. Fresh fruit was on offer too as well as some mango lassi as well.Understated but with great tasting food, Chand Palace is truly a sincere effort to brining Indian food to hungry people in and around the area.
