I was staying at the Embassy Suites and ordered room service. I pressed the room service button on the phone No one at the restaurant picked up the phone. After being auto rerouted to the front desk 3 times, the front desk found someone to take my order. I ordered the shrimp and avacado salad. The salad arrived within 30 minutes but the Shrimp was way overcooked and rubbery.
