The food was AMAZING and Anthony is wonderful – I highly recommend The Food Architects! Given some crazy circumstances, my then fiance and I had to plan our DIY wedding in less than 2 months and under a very tight budget. I can’t even remember how I found Food Architects but thank goodness I did. From the get go, Anthony was so sweet and spent so much time giving me advice over multiple conversations on how I could reduce my costs for the wedding – everything from buying linens to what types of plates and silverware would be cheapest for us… things that he would not profit from what so ever. But what everyone is interested in is whether the food was good… I had SO many of our guests come up to us during, and even after the wedding, to say the food was delicious! Nobody ever goes to a wedding expecting to love the food, but that’s what happened at our wedding.The menu he helped me create was perfect in every way and we were able to get high quality food that was full of flavor. Anthony and his staff are wonderful and I can’t even begin to say how much I appreciate everything they did… especially Anthony.
