Four Seasons at Piscataway NJ..DO NOT go there their staff attitude is NOT good and they almost choked my little kids with miscommunication on spice level…their staffs do NOT understand English..Beware..i tried twice but failed..maybe i shud learn Thai to go there but will dare to help them to serve…very disappointing!! Attitude sux..don’t know what KIDS means!!!!
Worst service. Very bad experience. Waitress was extremely rude taking the order. Seems like she did not want us there. When brought this upto the management they did not care I think all are rude family members working together. Also they upcharge you if you want white meat and also they add gratuity to the bill even if you are by yourself or party of two. Beware of these Scumbags!
Poor service. My son accidentally ordered from their highland park location instead of the Piscataway location. We arrived at the Piscataway location gave our name he said I’ll check in the back for your order and he came back and told me 5 more minutes. When I came back in the store asked for my order again they asked for my name and after 5 minutes of asking each staff about my order they told me. Oh you ordered from the other location. So we called the other location right away and I explained my son placed the order at the wrong location she said ok it was fine. When I tried to place my order with the Piscataway location he refused to serve me and told me he’s heard all the stories but he didn’t care they were not going to sell me food. I was appalled and told him we would never come back there (as I was there with my 2yr old) and he told me oh well! I’ve never in my life felt so disrespected. I don’t care who you are you don’t treat anyone like that. For that I wouldn’t let me dog eat there!!!!
