Never again. I read reviews which rated low, and yet decided to try this out, and oh man, I will not step into this restaurant again.1. On Saturday buffet, really not many choices of entrees, and out of 3 veg curries, I could eat only one of them.2. We needed to keep telling them to get us Naan (bread) and each time, they will bring only one for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the wait was excruciating.3. Decided to go for rice item after waiting for Naan, man, I could not eat more than 1st spoon.4. On top of all that, he charged for small kids age 2 and 4, half the buffet price to each one of them.Wont step in again…I wish Tawa was still around.
Bad food Ever you can eat. The food was so hopeless, everything was salty. My 5 year old son loves chicken, even he spit the food out. I will never step in hence forth. Vada was not vada, chicken was not chicken, soup was not soup, curry was not curry.
Bad Food. Extremely Bad food, poor service. Cold food, and bad taste. Naan was cold, Mutter paneer had no paneer at all. They dont refill their food in Buffet. Terrible food, chinese is mixed with indian herbs, no tatse in gravy, all sabzi is missing vegetables. And rise is all raw. Overall, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. TERRIBLE FOOD AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Overall Bad Bad Bad. Overall disappointment to Indian food…not hot, not spicey, no flavour and might as well be baby food….service was extremely poor (one person attending the whole place) The portion of food very small. The food was TOO cold and sweet infect you don’t need to order any dessert. The Groupon coupons we purchased it was a total waste…..they completely focused on discounted deals and failed to their service. Please don’t get tempted with any discounts or never bother to waste your hard earned money to this place.Big Scam & horrible food:(
RajVilas Sucks. My husband and I often work from home. We tried Raj Vilas a couple of times because we had no time to cook lunch and all we wanted to eat was roti (non Nan).EVERYTIME we have been there, they give one roti for two people after 15 minutes of being there and then the other one after another 15 minutes. After the wait, the roti which comes may or may not be eatable. It is too thick, raw in places.The rice is often hard ( i guess it depends on whether they are serving previous day’s or the same day’s)Moreover the food – specially non vegetarian items are not good. Food is not poperly heated and is not too fresh. I miss the old Tawa – atleast they gave good roti, on time and one or two curries were always palatable. You knew what to expect. Not like Raj Vilaas which has upgraded its furniture and downgraded the food and the service.What can you expect from an Indian Restaurant if they cant get a roti straight.
