Well, this place had a lot of ups and downs.Positives:Food is decent and I got vegetatian optionsPricing is also quite decent.Downs:Service is really bad, it is too slowComing to the food:- Roti KanaiThe bread/roti served was really good. But the curry served along lacked flavours. It missed that asian good kick of really strong balanced flavours.You can have this one though not that bad- Red curryThis is served along with some sticky rice. Again the curry here was not that great. The flavours were not that great. Still a decent option.Overall my experience was kind of average.
I have been to so many restaurants but never like this one. The service in this restaurant was very poor. The waiter brought us our food after 45 minutes and even then it was the wrong order. The plates and silverware were not properly sanitized along with a very poor service and bad staff attitude. In the general when you go out to eat you expect a certain level of standard being maintained at a particular restaurant. Naturally at the end when it came to tipping, as expected, I tipped them $0 for their terrible service, however when we left the restaurant the waiter came chasing after us and started making rude comments. IF YOU LIKE BEING TALKED DOWN BY A WATER FOR NOT TIPPING HIM/HER (for their bad service)THEN ONLY YOU SHOULD GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

And the restaurant is in Plainsboro and NOT New York.The worst thing about this restaurant is that you have to pay a mandatory Gratuity of 15% or more even if you don’t like the service. Its absolutely ridiculous, I don’t mind paying the tip but not when someone is forcing it out of me. Food was very average at the price point, i have tasted better Thai food in US. If you charge 16 bucks for a Green Curry it better be awesome which it was not. Furthermore Rice is not included in a Entree which is worth $16, So am i suppose to drink the green curry and not have the rice or bring my own rice? Giving it 1 Star as I find restaurants which charge mandatory gratuity disrespectful.
