This had to have been one of the weirdest & poorest dining experiences that I have ever had. I would recommend you go anywhere but this location. We were a group of 5, and we arrived at 9:15pm on a recent Saturday evening looking for a late dinner before checking into our hotel for the night. We went out of our way to find this Ruby Tuesday, because we normally enjoy their food very much (salad bar & meals), especially when traveling. We walk in and there were a handful of other patrons eating, but plenty of open tables. It takes the employees 5-10 minutes to even come to the hostess kiosk to greet us and offer to seat us. It takes another 5-10 minutes to clean off a table and get us seated. Thankfully, within minutes, a waitress comes around to take our drink orders, and then hustles off, presumably, to get the beverages. We look over the menu and decide on what we each want to order, and then we wait for the waitress to return with our beverages & to take our dinner order. We waited for about 20-25 minutes, and in that time, we never saw another employee of Ruby Tuesday. Could not find the manager, not a soul. No one brought our beverages, nor took our dinner order. We ended up leaving at about 10:05pm, and checked the sign on the door to confirm that they close at 11pm. Apparently, they must have closed early that day, and did not want to tell us? I’ve never experienced anything like it at any restaurant. I’ve had bad service before, but nothing like this. And it’s really too bad because like I said, we like Ruby Tuesday (generally).

Worst RT I have ever been to. Walked in and asked for a booth at bar. hostes told me to seat myself. i replied with really? she said yea just go where you feal. i Waited 8 minutes before I finally caught the attention of the hostess an she replied well you sat there without me sitting you. I told her she said I could help myself she denied it. Thankfully my server arrived and immediately was apologetic and asked what she could get me and if she could do anything for me. Now that was service. Feel sorry that she has to work at such a bad place.
Not bad for a chain. Salad bar well stocked. Good choice of seafood. Not all with fries as well which is a nice change.
