Arrived at the bar, watched the bartender chat with a customer for over 5 minutes, then decided to take my business somewhere with service. Waste of my time.

Best Italian by far. As a frequent traveler to Italy and elsewhere I can assure you that Tre Piani is right on. They started and still maintain the farm to table trend and obviously take great pride in everything they do. Last time I was there I had super fresh Sea Scallops with pignolia nuts that was to die for. The best tiramisu I have ever had and a great cup of fair trade coffee. Never disappoints I would go just to have the crusty bread.

Disappointed. Went for the first time. Table for 4. Bread good. Wine good [tho no bargain]. Water good. Everything else really big letdown. Calamari — possibly among the worst I have encountered. Lasagna burned on the bottom. Fish cold and overwhelmed by heavy sauce. Apple tart not special [vanilla ice cream ok]. Etc. Etc. I would consider alternatives until they get it worked out. Felt new, not experienced. Only writing cause we spent so much $$$$ for so little in retrun. Even the TV just had odd local cable program. Go figure.

Usually go ones or twice a year, good food and vib, 2 years ago took my finance for first date to dinner here, food was great, ended closing out the restaurant and got invited to drink whine with owner and a few of there regulars, great impression on first date, made me look like Don Pachino…lol

Excellent service, entire waiting staff is very friendly and attentive. What i didn’t like, alot of the food/sauces was very salty. Three out of the six entrees we ordered was salty. Nice wine and beer selection and if the weather is nice, outdoor seating is a must. Bottom line is, the food need to be good. So therefore, i gave it a thumbs down. Especially for the price.
