The purest, freshest, most inventive flavors I’ve ever had in ice cream. Chocolate better than I’ve ever had. Banana and strawberry amazing. Cardamom ginger super. I have had slightly creamier elsewhere, but all in all, best ice cream ice ever had, and I’ve had over 5 decades of loving ice cream!
Fantastic. I stop in every chance I get. Advice: don’t let the ice cream serving size fool you. I’ve often not been able to finish mine. Very rich. Some flavors can be love-or-hate, so don’t be afraid to try some samples. The flavors are intense, so if you get a flavor you don’t like you will feel intense disappoint. I’m not a fan of their chocolates (the shiney ones) but everything else I’ve tried has been tops.
Great Gelato!. The gelato was all great. However, it is beyond cozy and seating is very limited.
Wonderful place! The staff is great and the atmosphere is interesting and different. Not to mention how great the ice cream is! I recommend it to anyone in the mood for ice cream in Princeton!
This is no ordinary ice cream shop. This is SOULfully Skilled confections that are derived of organic ingredients masterfully mixed for pure delight. The homemade ice cream/sorbet choices are exciting and intense. And the baked goods/cookies are better than anything I’ve ever dreamed of baking. Plan on stopping there everytime we leave NY. Also the Cheese Shop a few doors down was incredible and the Yankee Doodle Tap room had excellent food, outdoor dining and were family friendly.
Crak a lakin. The ice cream was a perfect ending to our tour around Princeton. A small is a good amount for one person. My lover bought me the organic rasberry, and mango. Good choice on her part. She got some kind of chocolate which was really good. The cookies they have are very fresh and almost fall apart when held. It gets crowded easily due to how small the front room is.I want to go back soon.
Hands down, the best ice cream place, artisinal or no, that I have ever visited. The flavors are eerily true to their non-ice cream counterparts; milk chocolate hazelnut is my personal favorite. The flavors change constantly, and the menu is always seasonally appropriate. A true Princeton gem.
