This is a Spanish restaurant in Princeton, which is rare. The sangria here was perfect, I enjoyed it very well! The shrimp soup with other seafood was great. I didn’t get used to the cheese here, the salted pork was good though. The seafood rice was amazing and everyone loved it! The staff here was nice and kind. She offered a lot of advice on what to order.

This place is perfect. The food speaks for itself, each flavor comes out as it should. The garlic shrimp is wonderful. The garlic is subtle it plays well with the shrimp with just the perfect amount of heat from the guindilla peppers. Pork skewers with fried potatoes and a pimento aioli.

Just okay. I went here last weekend with some of my girlfriends. It was an interesting place that had a cool ‘Spainish Market’ on the first floor. We ordered the BYO sangria and it wasn’t very good, probably because for sangria you need the alcohol/fruit to infuse for a couple hours/ or overnight. From the tapas menu we got the Pan tamacas (bread with ham) and gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp). I liked the crunchiness of the bread, the garlic shrimp was really good. For the paella we tried the Paella Despana and Paella de verduras (vegetable). Overall the paella wasnt that full of flavor, i would give it a 6.5/10. The wait staff was excellent and the ambience was nice. For three people it was about 45/pp, so i dont think it was really worth that. I probably wouldnt go back just because there are other places i would rather go.
