Simply incredible on every scale. Service was patient, professional and educational. Food, amazing; each dimension of the tasting menu is created with at unique combination of precision, presentation and flavor. A new standard is set. I cannot wait until my return visit.

A reason to eat local. Princeton locals know getting a great meal usually requires hopping the NJ transit to NYC. Now there is a high quality spot here in Princeton. elementsChef Scott Anderson and his crew make for a great experience and indulge the foodies who join them. The chef’s tables are uniquely set nestled in the kitchen and offer a comprehensive 9-course tasting menu. There is an ala carte menu offered in the main dining room which looks just as intriguing.
