One of the best ice cream places to hang out. Tried their coffee and butter scotch ice creams and they were very good. Ambience is also old style and social. Prices are reasonable.

The best ice cream in Princeton. The classic flavors and creaminess of ice cream makes you wanna go back. The place is very welcoming. Friendly and patient staff.Their coffee flavoured ice cream is a must try for people who like coffee. I would certainly go back if and when I visit Princeton..

Great selection of flavors, friendly staff, and classics that keep bringing me back. Their prices don’t break my wallet so I feel more compelled to stop by for another scoop of my favorite Maple Walnut ice cream. If you’re looking for great ice cream but don’t want to pay the price of Bent Spoon, skip Thomas Sweet and visit Halo Pub.

Princeton’s best ice cream. The Halo Pub serves excellent ice cream. I really like their chocolate Heath bar, and the raspberry sorbet is also very good. They also have good little breakfast pastries. They will also sell a ‘half scoop’ if you only want a little bit, or if you want a little more but can’t decide on one flavor they can give you two half scoops for the price of one full scoop. (I should point out that their half scoop is the size of Bent Spoon’s regular scoop and costs a third as much!)

Cheap…not good. There’s a reason it costs so little…it’s cheap ice cream. And it often comes with ice crystals in it from poor handling. Extra bonus: the place is filthy!

Good ice cream, amazing value. A small is only 1.50. That’s a scoop to fill the cone, a full scoop, then a little more to top it off. Coffee comes w free donut or pastry. Hot chocolate is rich and creamy. Favorite ice cream place in central jersey.
