Visiting town for work and looking for a place to for dinner. Teresa cafe was a good choice. I had the Rossa pizza and romaine salad. Both wee great! Real artisan work being done in this kitchen.
One thing Princeton does very well is make great fabulous Italian food. Teresa’s is a small classic bistro style restaurant with a delightfully different menu every time I go. Right now they have a limited menu since they are remodeling the kitchen but it definitely does not impact the quality of food they serve in any way. Every time I am hear, I get something different and I am never disappointed. The servers are all local college age student and the vibe is very energetic. I love the relaxing atmosphere and the fact I have never been rushed by a server to turn their tables. This is a definite stop if you are in Princeton.
Great food in Lively Dining Room. Our party of 6 had a great meal. Among the many dishes we sampled were the Minestra Soup, Fedelini Pecorino, Penne allarrabbiata, the Roasted Chicken and the Steak special. Despite an hour wait for a table (post Harvard Princeton football game), the wait staff was still friendly and efficient even with the crush of guests. The food arrived promptly and was superb. Everyone was pleased with their choices. We will be back 🙂
