Dissapointing turkey dinner. Entree worst we’ve had. dry, thick-sliced, tough turkey. potatoes tasteless, dressing weird and inedible. Most of us didn;t eat it. No dark meat. Frisee salad had almost no dressing.—- Filet and brussel sprouts very good. All in all, mediocre holiday dinner
Witherspoon Grill Princeton, NJ. Wonderful atmosphere, pleasant service, sparkling glassware, attentive support staff. I really enjoyed the creamed spinach and sirloin and ff!
My dad and I went here last night on a recommendation and we both had the prime angus hamburger ($14) I added bacon to mine ($1); there are many other nice toppings you can choose from ($1 per topping): though lettuce, tomato, and raw onion are included gratis. While a little pricy for what I would normally pop for on a burger I do understand the neighborhood where this restaurant is located is very trendy. That being said, my burger was excellent, very flavorful and juicy. It appeared to have been fresh ground and made to order. Mine was cooked to a nice medium as I requested and served on a savory roll with shoestring fries and a substantial amount of toppings. For my $1 I received (4) whole strips of properly cooked bacon which I felt was a good bargain for the cost, and I would like to assume that this would be the case with the other added cost toppings that were available. IMHO this was one of the better values on the menu that I spotted as the steaks were hovering in the $40+ price range. My friend that recommended the place also has a fondness for the oysters and clams served here but that’s less my speed.
Overpriced and just okay. We went for lunch on a nice afternoon, while it was nice to sit outside, the food was nothing special.
Never again. Service was so bad we walked out without orderig after sitting for over twenty minutes
Food is really good. Best clams casino. Pricey but steak houses usually are
Just ok. I have been 3 different times. Salads are great. Lobster bisque was odd and main course was underseasoned.
