Just ordered from the look see for a pick up for the 1st time and I placed a order with the lady who answered the phone after my order was complete I asked her who am I speaking with and she replied why and I explained to her I was sending someone to pick it up that’s why she said no and hung up I see why there parking lot is empty all the time I mean are you just dumb or stupid who does that be rude to a paying customer so I guess they don’t need customers because I will be taking my $$$ else were to jun ‘s or wah sing I try to keep my business in the town I live in but I might have to go to ramsey because I will definitely will not be going back here so if the management read this maybe you know why business is not as good as it use to be. IN AMERICA GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY!!!!!
Look See in Ramsey, NJ SUCKS!. Service SUCKS! No one greeted us when we walked in, the waiter who finally asked if we wanted to be seated acted like he was doing us a favor for seating us. We then waited over 15 MINUTES before we walked out the door. No less than 4 waiters were working the room walked by us at least 5 times each and didn’t bat an eye to ask us if we were ready to order. That great service coupled with a room of screaming children and a smell like an old age home made for some first impression. I only ever ordered take out from this place (Peking Duck), which is not bad, but what an experience to actually dine there.. or try to dine there.. unreal.. I’ve been on the Internet since 1993 and this is the FIRST bad rest. review I’ve ever written… not kidding.. That’s how bad I felt we were treated.. went to Nagoya instead and had some great food and as always, great service.. Look-See owner needs to take a Look-See at how his employees are treating his/her customers… if he wants any sort of customer retention..
Best chinese in bergen county. The food here is MUCH better than the average Chinese place. I’ve gotten peking duck, transparent fish, yang chow fried rice, and everything down to the spare ribs is just incredible. Not cheap…you probably wouldn’t take out from this place, but very very good food. Decent amount of parking, nice atmosphere.
