Mitch you are a funny guy!. I have no idea what Mitch is talking about. This Chef is probably the best in the area.. Have you read his profile being a part of some of the biggest restaurants in NYC. Maybe he had an off night or maybe you are just a disgruntled employee who does not belong in Food service? I will definitely Go back. I hear they are just serving dinner now. Braised pork shank osso bucco with potato puree chanterelle mushrooms and royal trumpets. The sauce is velvety. good luck trying to trash talk this guy MITCH the other reviews speak for themselves. This guy or Dirty chef will definitley be famous one day look out for him.
