Very good pizza. This place is located just a few minutes from Bridgewater Commons. The decor is modest inside. The setup is a little weird, as the dining room is connected to the open kitchen by an open doorway, which you can see right into. The dining room is pretty plain but clean. The kitchen however looked in disarray.The service was not overly friendly. The first waitress was very shy, but nice, and the second was very stoic.The smell of the pizza being cooked is very appealing. The pizza itself I would describe as follows… Crust is thin, crisp, and tasty. I would say the crust makes the pie, and has a lot of flavor to it. The sauce and cheese were tasty, but I wouldn’t call them spectacular, just really good.I would definitely try them again, but probably for takeout.The are ranked by NJ.com as having the best plain pizza in NJ. I wouldn’t say number 1, but definitely top ten in my book.Give them a try.
