Chef. It was my first visit yesterday at Philippine island Foodmart in Raritan. I bought a small container of sauteed squid. The taste was ok but my problem was the clear cartilages that were not removed from the squid. This must be removed before cooking because they are not edible. if you have this in a cooked squid, that means it was not cleaned properly. I called the store to get their attention, but the guy says that’s the way they cook it and nobody ever complained.
