Glad I Tried It!. This has been on my list for years, and they make a unique and flavorful style of pizza. The crust is firm, almost hard, but with a slight bread chew. The cheese and sauce are very much like other old school counterparts in the Northeast. The tomato pie definitely has its own characteristics, and I can see why so many people like it.
