Loved it!!!. In town for visit and stopped in for dinner. Wow was the food great!! And the staff went out of their way to make my family feel welcome. It was snowing outside and we didnt feel rushed even striking up conversations with several regular guests who raved about the food. They are definitely doing something right and we will stop there again next time we’re in the area.
Third Worst service Ever. As part of a group that has been going there at least annually for quite some time… have witnessed the drastic decline in service. This week was the worst… and the last time I will be going.Food served was not hot. It took at least 10-15 minutes to get the attention of the waiter (who has been there for many years)… to just try to get some rice to go with the main course. They added 20% tip (after sales tax). If I was alone… would have left 2 cents.Definitely a place now to be avoided. Will be looking for a different venue for the future!I have had worse service in my life… but only twice!
Love this place! It is small and dark, not the best decor, but the food is great and always consistent. Service is good, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out quick and hot. They also deliver quickly.
Never again.. Their food used to be good and plentiful, now the portions are tiny(easily halved), and the service is the absolute worst I’ve EVER seen. We didn’t get water, he didn’t even offer, I had to get up and ask the lady at the register for some and it still took about 10 minutes. We ordered 2 plates of Pepper Beef, 1 general tsos and 1 sesame chicken, the Sesame chicken never showed, even though the waiter kept saying it was on the way. Then nearly an hour later, everyone was done eating, we still hadn’t seen the Sesame chicken, so we said we’ll take it togo and of course we want it comped. The waiter said no, so I asked to speak to a manager, the waiter made a huge scene and went to the back where a lot of loud yelling started. Then he came out and loudly said the food is ready, and repeatedly stated that I can have it and pay for it, or not have it at all, and that there is no manager. The lady comes over and tries to tell us that some plates take longer to cook. We paid, and they lost us as a customer. It must be new management, because I’ve never been treated so horribly. It wasn’t busy, btw, one other table when we walked in.
