Maria’s Bakery, Saddle Brook. If you are looking for outstanding Italian pasteries then you must get to Maria’s Bakery in Saddle Brook. I am a teacher and musician…I have played in every wedding hall in New Jersey and have had the opportunity to taste pasteries from all over…nothing is better than Maria’s. From the canolli’s to the Ricotta cheese cake (special order and my favorite) nothing beats Maria’s. By the way you must try the Ennis, it is outrageous!!!
