My spouse and I frequent this restaurant. I have honestly never had a bad salad, soup, sushi roll, or entree from the menu. Had the udon today and it was amazing! The sushi here is hands down the best I have ever had! Definitely a must try!
L-O-N-G W-A-I-T for food. Way too long. 35 minutes for steamed dumplings another 30 for sushi and udon. Just Above average food isn’t worth it.
I am active duty in the Navy, I travel a lot in my job and I have been eating sushi for roughly 7-8 years, I have studied culinary arts for the better part of my life. I say this only to give a background to what I have to say. This was easily one of if not the best sashimi/sushi I have ever had in my life. The restaurant is very well designed and the staff were very friendly. If you like good sushi please do yourself a favor, come here.

Best Sushi Experience I’ve ever had!. My friends and I were curious as to what this new sushi restaurant was after hearing all wonderful things. We took a visit recently and had a wonderful time. We ordered a Yellowtail Jalapeno appetizer that our waitress recommended along with a few special rolls. Everything was outstanding! The fish was fresh, service was lovely, and the restaurant was beautiful! My friends and I normally stuck to a familiar sushi order, however stepping out of our shell was worth it! Our waitress, Morgan, was very knowledgable, being there since the restaurant opened. The owner, Tracy, was very kind and made us very welcomed. I, along with my friends will be back again and again! I highly recommend Bay Ave Sushi as one of my new favorite south jersey restaurants! FIVE STARS!

Great new local sushi spot!!. Had dinner here tonight with my daughter and we were really impressed. From start to finish everything was great. The food was delicious and the service was so sweet. We’ll definitely be back for our next sushi craving!
