Horrible experience. I have to express what a horrible experience we had tonight. I have been on a 2 week road trip and have eaten at a lot of places and this was the worst of them all. The waitress Briana was not friendly at all. Not once did she smile or even look interested that we were there. We asked her what your vodka sauce was and she stated she had no idea, but it was red. We asked if there was a white sauce and she said yes look at the alfredo on the menu. It is not listed on your menu and she acted like we were the dumb ones for not seeing it. She stated she would bring it out, but it was not alfredo sauce, for sure had hint of vodka. Even the receipt stated it was and she argued with me about it. I may have been wrong, but never had a waitress actually argue with me. Horrible, horrible service. The other entree was steak and we asked for steak sauce and she said you do not carry it. How does a restaurant not carry steak sauce when steaks are on the menu?? Not once did she come to check on us, I had to actually call her over to us. She was extremely rude and this was a horrible place. She needs to learn her menu and etiquette when dealing with paying patrons.

Beautiful…. Beautiful spot, good food. Worth a try! (Especially the dry ice cocktails)
Will not go back. Nothing impressed me. We got a couple of small plates. The only thing that was good was the watermelon salad with pancetta and goat cheese. Service was bad too.
Birthday Bash…. My girlfriends took me to 365 for my birthday last night and it was outstanding!!! The atmosphere, the staff and the food were all first rate. So many wonderful meals and items to choose from off the menu.This place is a hidden treasure!!! Loved it!!!
YEA and NAY. First impression walking in …Wow very unique atmosphere ..impressive . Food is so unique and so very good. Four of us for dinner all dishes not only tasted good but presentation was beautiful . Whoever owns the restaurant wonderful Chef staff. Now for the major Nay..service although our waiter was very kind and personable the waite staff needs training. Not only forgetfull and nobody picked up app plates when dinner came . Seemed the server didnt know how to figure out who gets what or how to walk around a table to serve as opposed to handing across table and dropping dish . Again we need to ask for dishes to be taken away before desert. Desert was offered but never coffee we asked for it and was never offered refill. I wish this place would train their help our waiter thought another roundd meant for more apps not drink. When corrected he came back with a drink for my husband and none for me.
Worth every minute. I have been staying at the HI next door, and have been patronizing this place a few times a week for 3 months. The menu is unusual, as it was meant to be, the food is kick ass, and the service is second to none.Thanks so much to Chef Junior, the kitchen staff, Tommy, Heather, Mike, Scott, Keith and all the others that work so hard to make it right!
