I loved the place, while living in Piscataway after returning back from work and needing a place to chill with friends with booze and good food, it was all it could give. I dont remember the name of the cucumber drink but it was nice. I’d love to visit it again just for the warm ambiance near the fire place and have chilled beer from the tap.

Terrible experience. I was there yesterday and wish I never went. The waitresses completely ignore you. The waitress I had was all business. Didn’t ask me how my day was going or anything. The place bills itself as having friendly, attentive waitresses who will even sit and talk to you. What a joke! I never felt so unwelcome in my life. When I left, they didn’t even thank me for coming or say goodbye!Update: Well, I have to say they made amends. The manager offered me a free lunch and promised I would be treated better. They gave me their friendliest wiatress, a real sweet girl named Mary Kate. She was so nice to me but I still hesitate to go back there because what’s to guarantee I’ll be treated like that again? You can get their kind of food anywhere and the hospitality is suipposed to be what sets them apart. Can’t always get Mary Kate and from what I observed lots of the other waitresses look rather snobbish. At least the hostess Liz was nice but I’m sure she was told to be nice to me. It’s a shame that you have to ask people to be nice to you.
Sure it was uncomfortable with some of the half naked waitresses (some were dressed appropriately) but overall our meal was pretty good. I really liked my fish sandwich and my husband’s cheesesteak was good too. It got a little loud at times with the football fans but that’s the point of this place… it’s basically a man cave with comfortable sofa’s, big flat screen tv’s, good beer, and cute waitresses. It’s definitely a great place to throw a bachelor party dinner.
Robbed. I used my ATM in Brick House & it was a big mistake. Someone scanned my card and accessed my checking account & drained every penny. Poor service was bad enough, the food sucked and then this!!! Great place to stay away from
Sorry ladies…. …this is a man cave (it’s even written on the wall). I like the seating arrangement, like the beer selection, but not too fond of the food…it’s bland.
Horrible Restaurant. If you are looking for a pick-up joint, this is your kind of place. It’s a real meat market.If you’re looking for a place that serves good food & you can bring your family to, then pass up the Brick House Tavern.Food was medicore and my husband’s fries were very salty, probably because he was drinking beer & this would make him order more. The food was a combination of soggy bread & grease. About the only item worth ordering was the devilled eggs-they were really delicious.The place started out with the normal amount of patrons but by the time we left, it was a huge mob scene & it made all of us uncomfortable. The waitress are required to wear skimpy clothing & one was overheard saying it was demeaning to work there but she couldn’t get another job. Men should be insulted because it is obvious this restaurant chain views them as beer swilling, girl-chasing Neanderthals who have no other interests in life.The topper was the framed thong underwear next to the Ladies Room. I guess they are assuming no one can read the sign on the door.
