This Panda Express location is in a shopping center with adequate parking, although since I’m not from the area, I have no idea how it is in peak times. We decided to visit the restaurant on Chinese New Year, which might not have been the best time since they were very busy. However, I noticed that the people at the service counter were quite efficient and kept the line moving quickly. I thought service was actually pretty good despite their workload. They did forget one thing when packing my order but they corrected it quickly when I brought it to their attention. I thought the food, at least the entree items I picked, was not bad. A few items in the steam trays seemed too mushy and too similar to distinguish but they did have a few novel items, eggplant tofu and soup, that weren’t at my local Panda Express yet. The dining area was way too small for the evening’s crowd, so thank goodness most of the customers had takeout orders.
