We’re there at dinner time so it was busy but that’s fine. Our waitress (Hailey) was super nice and knowledgeable. She stayed on top of our drinks. Good came out really fast and fresh. Even though there was a mistake with my fries (I ordered sweet potato and they brought out steak fries), they fixed the mistake with absolutely no headache at all. She showed us the suggestions to entertain the 3 year old we were dining with. The location had chalk boards on the wall that you can take to your table and draw on. Hailey took the time to teach us how to use the pay machine on the table which was a super fast way to pay. We will definitely be dining there again and I hope Hailey is there when we do.

I agree with Simon. First – Im not a fan of chain joints.But I did like the concept of unlimited fries and a kid friendly atmostphere. Prices took a big hike form when they first opened 2 yrs ago.But the real Problem lies in the kitchen.How do you not cook a burger correctly repeatedly? And then have managers that dont even care?Go to 25 Burgers in Bound Brook instead.
Concept Joint that went bad. The unlimited french fry deal is cool. The servers are mostly friendly, but the kitchen is where the problem lies. The cooks do not read the tickets for special orders.One manager we spoke with was nice, the other two, on different occasions were unfortunately not. This place just can’t seem to get it’s act together.In my book, it’s a three time loser. I tried to give them a chance, but three times messing up my dinner out is too much.I will email their corporate office with some suggestions, hope they make changes.
Great variety of food, delicious gourmet hamburgers and steak fries, nice atmosphere too!
Good Burgers & fries. Just make sure you are very clear on how you want your meal prepared.
