Very good food!
Fun Time, Good sushi. We were fortunate on this Fathers day. We drew the most outgoing of the chefs on the floor that evening. Brian tried to catch a zuchini in his mouth about 6 times. Only to have it riccochet off his forehead each time. Food was good and service was too. The sushi was dynomite! Hibachi for 6 with tip came to $150.
So so. First of all a philadelphia roll, from my experience has avocado, salmon, and cream cheese. Makoto uses cucumber in lieu of avocado. secondly, when I order sushi for pick up, it should be kept COLD. this is not the case with Makoto, and is pretty gross.
Love this place!!. I have been living out of NJ for 3 months and never realized how much i would miss this place!! Favorite sushi and hibachi by far! Always a great time and Excellent food! Be sure to ask for MIke if you get a hibachi table.
GREAT FUN. Even my picky 5 year old likes it. The teppan yaki chef’s always put on a great show. THey offer a full sushi line. It tends to be on the more expensive side but is a great occasional treat
