Terrible service, had to beg for a waiter for 30 minutes, waiter never came. Finally a bus boy who cleans tables had pity on us and took our order. After another 30 minutes i had to beg them to actuly serve our food. Tried to speak to the manger but he was not interested. Avoid this krappy place if you can.
Mocha Puke. If you want subpar food, inattentive service, a noisy and pretentious atmosphere, and total disregard for the customer — Mocha Bleu is the place for you. We all had such high hopes for this restaurant, as we were looking forward to a kosher place with a jazzy atmosphere, that presented something different. Well, Mocha Bleu is different, all right — but not in a good way! From the snobbish managers and uncomfortable seating to the blaring and annoying music that distracts from the poor food, this is a horrendous dining experience. Do yourself a favor and save your money — or visit one of the truly fine kosher restaurants that Teaneck has to offer.
