Yummy Yummy Yummy. I love this place! Chef Josh manages to put a twist on the basics that make it crazy delicious but not weird. And when he gets fancy, the flavors all blend and make it seem simple. Seriously, I can’t find the right words for how good this food it. I grew up eating all kinds of meat dinners, 6-7 days a week and NEVER did I enjoy it this much. Yummy meat. Yummy. Can’t wait to go back!
Great Restaurant. I have enjoyed the dining experience in Nobo many times, and I havent regretted it once. Their food is beautifully plated and it tastes even better than it looks. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. Although, it was lately getting crowded with rowdy unpleasant people; I will not mention from what circle they are. However, it seems like their staff is already working to get rid of them. Last time I was there, on my way out of a delicious meal I heard one of the employees yelling at a group of those people You Chasidim can go back from where you come from. This statement felt better on my pallet than the best desert; it was a nice way to end the night. I would definitely recommend you to try it out, and I will be there soon again.

The Best — MUST TRY IT!. I am a real foodie, so I was a bit concerned when my company had a dinner meeting at Pasta Factory (one of our employees eats only kosher food). Let me tell you, I was in for an extremely pleasant surprise.First of all the ambiance. The restaurant is located in a large, lovely room that was warm and inviting. The waitstaff couldn’t be more attentive and professional.Now about the food: everything, and I mean everything, was cooked to perfection. For appetizers we had pot stickers and lamb riblets which were just fantastic. Most of the people at the table ordered steaks for the main course. I had the Beef Tournedo. Believe me when I tell you that each dish was prepared to everyone’s specific requests and looked delicious on the plate. And it was!For dessert we all shared apple pie and sorbet. Also excellent and highly recommended. When the bill came we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost of this unforgettable feast.I’ve been to a few kosher restaurants before, none can compare for quality, fresh and delicious food, value, and sheer enjoyment.We will definitely return!!!
Very nice dining experience. The food was delicious and attractively presented and our server was pleasant and professional. The cowboy steak was terrific. The wine list is surprisingly reasonable for a change, a real bargain, really. The space has a light and airy feel that’s kind of high tech but still warm. I’d definitely come back here again.
Horrible Service, don’t eat here!. The service at the Pasta Factory is terrible. The manager does nothing but seat people and stand at the register. We had an adequate, not great meal, but waited over 30 minutes for the food to be served. The salad was served after the main meal, they forgot about it! We never saw the waitress after the food came, had to ask for our check from another waitress.We tried this restaurant several times, and the service continue to get worse. Bad management!
